We are looking for a self-motivated, committed and professional individual to undertake the role of Wellbeing Team Lead.
The post involves leading a team of paid and volunteer staff to set up, run and organise a varied programme of classes and activities to improve people’s health and wellbeing.
You will need to have strong people skills and will have at least 2 years management experience. You will need an eye for detail, be very experienced in the use of computers (Microsoft Office) and be able to work quickly and efficiently, managing your workload according to the priorities of the job. You will also need to drive and have access to your own vehicle.

We are looking for a self-motivated, committed and professional individual to undertake the role of Wellbeing Co-ordinator.
Romney Marsh Community Hub is looking for a Wellbeing Co-ordinator to support with the activities, events, and day trips that we provide for our clients out in the community to reduce loneliness.
The Wellbeing Co-ordinator will help coordinate health and wellbeing classes for the over 50s. They will ensure compliance is maintained throughout the business and will represent Romney Marsh Community Hub when required, leading by example, and ensuring all safeguarding concerns are raised immediately. The Wellbeing Co-ordinator will ensure excellent record keeping is maintained in every event and clients are activated to participate and feel empowered to make informed choices in their own lives.
