Lindau Residential Home in New Romney held a funday on Saturday 9 August.
It was a busy and happy day. There was live music from Driss, a BBQ, a cake stall, face painting, line dancing, and the biggest raffle we have ever seen.
The sun was shining. Residents enjoyed the day with their family and friends. Together they raised £2,600 for the support we give here at the Hub.
On Monday morning, we had even more good news — the generous owner of Lindau added more money to make the total £3,000.
